Critics' Verdict
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 received a mixed to positive critical response. The strongest praise went to the climax, Kartik Aaryan's late film performance, the Vidya Balan-Madhuri Dixit nostalgia factor. The main criticism across weaker reviews was the lazy first half, forced humour, Bengali stereotypes, uneven screenplay, wasted supporting cast, and over reliance on franchise nostalgia.
