Critics' Verdict

Raazi wins critics over with Alia Bhatt's powerful performance, Meghna Gulzar's controlled direction and a tense spy story that treats patriotism with restraint. A few critics find parts of the plotting or emotional drama less convincing, but the response is positive overall. Excellent word of mouth also turned the film into a major box office success.
