Critics' Verdict

Aakhri Sawal is powered by Sanjay Dutt and Namashi Chakraborty’s compelling performances and some engaging ideological confrontations, but excessive melodrama limit its impact. Its extremely poor theatrical response ultimately turned the provocative drama into a clear box office flop.
