Critics' Verdict

Simmba wins many critics over with Ranveer Singh's high energy performance and Rohit Shetty's crowd pleasing mix of comedy, action and drama, though others find the story recycled, loud and overly preachy. Despite the divided reviews, the film became a major box office hit.
