Critics' Verdict
Critics generally praised Salman Khan's screen presence, Kichcha Sudeep and some action scenes, but most found the story predictable, dated, too long and much weaker than the original Dabangg. The film still drew a large audience but fell below the franchise's earlier success and finished as a Semi Hit at the box office.
