Critics' Verdict
Critics widely praised Vidya Balan, the strong cast, humour, emotional moments and the film's ability to make India's Mars mission easy for a wide audience, while some felt the science was too simple and several characters lacked depth. The film connected strongly with audiences and became a Super Hit at the box office.
