Critics' Verdict
Satluj is getting a strongly positive response from the outlets that published full critic reviews. The major praise is for Diljit Dosanjh’s controlled, deeply sincere performance, Honey Trehan’s restrained direction, the film’s refusal to sensationalise violence, and its powerful focus on accountability, police excess and suppressed memory.
