Sunil Grover, who has finished shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj’s upcoming film, Pataakha, shares that the association with the filmmaker has been wonderful and one he will cherish forever.

“It is a very important film, and anyone would like to be associated with it. I hope people react to the film positively, and get entertained. We had so much fun shooting it and we have tried to translate that into our acting,” says the actor and comedian.

Pataakha follows the lives of two sisters (played by Sanya Malhotra and Radhika Madan) who are always at loggerheads over a man, played by Grover.

The actor, who has been seen in Ghajini (2008), Zila Ghaziabad (2013), and Gabbar is Back (2015), says that it is Bhardwaj’s dedication towards his stories that sets him apart. “Vishal sir is a very passionate man. He was the first to come to the sets, and the last to leave. He is so engrossed, and his passion is amazing,” Grover says, gushing about the acclaimed director. “I have never seen him shout at anyone. He is always in control, and calm,” the actor adds.

Grover adds that the Kaminey (2009) and Haider (2013) director is always open to inputs from his actors. “He is also very open to suggestions. If at all I felt that anything more could be done, I would discuss it with him, and he would consider my suggestion,” he shares.
