Rani Mukerji-starrer "Hichki" has raced past the Rs 100 crore-mark in China since releasing on October 12, according to its production banner Yash Raj Films.

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, who enjoys huge popularity in China, has urged his "friends" in the country to watch his friend Rani Mukerji's "Hichki", which is releasing there on Friday.

Rani Mukerji-starrer "Hichki", which received a standing ovation at the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF), will hit the screens in China on October 12 as "Teacher with Hiccup".

YRF’s Rani Mukerji starrer Hichki has won over audiences across India with its touching and positive story. Now, the film is set to impress on international platforms. 

Fans of actor Rani Mukerji will have to wait a little longer to watch her comeback film Hichki as its release date has been shifted from February 23 to March 23.

Since a meaningful story demanded an intriguing title that would serve as a metaphor to challenges, weaknesses, prejudice and social stigma, director Siddharth P Malhotra said it was a task to figure out the perfect title for the film.
