Mumbai, Oct. 2 -- He has movies such as Dabangg (2010) and Ramaiya Vastavaiya (2013) to his credit. Now, Sonu Sood is turning producer with Tutak Tutak Tutiya (TTT), which is set to release on October 7. He also stars in the movie. Here, the actor talks about his relationship with Prabhudheva and his career so far.
Was it different working on TTT, especially because you turned producer with this film?
I enjoyed the whole process. I always wanted to produce a film, but never realised that I would do it so soon. I feel great that I have made something I'm really proud of. It's an entertaining movie. I feel blessed to be part of a project that features Prabhu sir, who is one of my closest friends in the industry.
This is the first time you have acted with Prabhudheva. How was the experience?
I always knew he was a good actor. I understood that when he was my director, and when he enacted scenes for me. I definitely enjoyed acting with him, because we are in sync. I know him pretty well, and we have many things in common.
Do you think Bollywood has given you your due credit?
I don't know. You always wish some things could have happened differently. But not everything is in your hands, so you just have to do things to the best of your abilities. That's what I have been attempting all these years. I will continue to do so.
What are you busy with nowadays?
I am busy with promotions. Soon, I will resume working on my movie with Jackie Chan. I have also been offered two new roles. So, let's see.
