Naseeruddin Shah (born 20 July 1950) is an Indian film actor and director. He is widely considered to be one of the finest Indian stage and film actors. He is an influential actor of the Indian Parallel (New Wave) Cinema.
"I felt that he was the star of Munna Bhai MBBS (2003) as the way he (Arshad) supported the main character (Sanjay Dutt) was superb. I was impressed that he didn’t upstage the main actor, who couldn’t dance at all," Naseeruddin Shah said.
Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah’s scathing remarks about actor Farhan Akhtar’s depiction of athlete Milkha Singh in the biopic, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag (BMB), have left Akhtar’s supporters up-in-arms.
