Juhi Chawla has a lot to look forward to in the coming year. The actor, who will celebrate her birthday tomorrow, has a big release - Gulaab Gang - lined up.

The actress has been signed on for The Hundred Foot Journey, a Steven Spielberg production to be directed by Lasse Hallstrom. The film is based on the Richard C Morais' novel by the same name.

Known to have mostly played bubbly characters throughout her career, Juhi Chawla will be seen in a negative role for the first time in director Soumik Sen's directorial debut, Gulaab Gang.

"I am happy and excited. There was so much build-up and we were looking forward to the film. But yesterday (Wednesday) there was a hiccup and we felt the film would not release," the 46-year-old said here Thursday at a special screening of the film.
Actress Juhi Chawla's brother Bobby, who had been in coma since quite sometime, passed away Sunday morning. He had been in coma since April 2010.
With the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) celebrating their second Indian Premier League (IPL) win in three years, the team's co-owners Juhi Chawla and Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) are ecstatic.
