He might have won a number of film awards, but actor Irrfan Khan thinks that they don’t hold any meaning in the long run.

With a slew of Indian actors bagging important roles in Hollywood projects, actor Irrfan Khan, who has worked in several films in the West, feels that the time is now right for Indian directors to make films in Hollywood.

Actor Irrfan has already made a name for himself with diverse roles in Hollywood.

When British-Indian film-maker Asif Kapadia bagged an Oscar for his documentary, Amy (2015), his long-time friend, Irrfan Khan, was thrilled.

Irrfan Khan is all set to play the lead role in an international film No Bed Of Roses to be directed by Bangladesi director Mostofa Sarwar Farooki.

A source close to Irrfan Khan has revealed that the actor wanted to take something away from the sets of his recently released film, Talvar, as a memory of his work.

It has been a fulfilling year for Irrfan Khan, as most of his films did well at the box office.

Irrfan Khan is one prolific actor who has given us all kinds of roles and characters.

When Irrfan's films Piku and Jurassic World became massive box office hits, people from the industry lost no time in comparing him with the biggies of Bollywood-Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman Khan.

A good script is not the only criteria for Irrfan to say yes to a film. The 48-year-old actor gives equal importance to other aspects.
