Farhan Akhtar sure knows how to win his fans over. As the actor-musician-filmmaker performed at a concert in Gurgaon on Saturday evening, he made his fans' day by posing for selfies, reciting poetry and even doing push-ups on stage!

Actor-filmmaker-singer Farhan Akhtar says he is not opposed to the idea of repeating a role.

Farhan Akhtar, who dons various hats - of a producer, director, actor, singer and more - says he manages to make time for all of them, as well as for social awareness campaigns.

Farhan Akhtar, who usually likes to lie low, only emerges whenever his films are set to release. The actor, too, admits that he likes to talk only when he has something to say.

Working on his character for his next was rather easy for Farhan Akhtar. The actor is playing a journalist in his upcoming film, directed by his sister Zoya Akhtar.

Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's company, which is producing a Reema Kagti film meant to star actor Saif Ali Khan earlier, has filed a complaint against Saif.

While many actors like to take a break after the release of their films, Farhan Akhtar has kept himself busy with his upcoming project, which is a sequel to his musical, Rock On!! (2008).

Farhan Akhtar may have started off as a director with the pathbreaking films such as Dil Chahta Hai (2001) followed by other hits like Lakshya (2004), Don (2006) and Don 2 (2011), he has not directed a film in four years now.

Farhan Akhtar has directed Shah Rukh Khan, written dialogues for Aamir Khan, and when on camera, he's played everything from a rock star and a sprinter to a vacationing magazine writer.

Before starting to shoot for their films, Bollywood actors usually take a break so that they feel relaxed once they start work on their films.
