Mumbai, Dec. 27 -- After collaborating with Akshay Kumar for Rustom (2016), Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (TEPK) and Pad Man, which is set to release on January 26, Arjun N Kapoor and Virenderr Arora's KriArj Entertainment has two films lined up for release in the month of February 2018. 
Work on Pad Man is on the verge of completion and KriArj has introduced Sony Pictures Entertainment to distribute the film worldwide. 
Having partnered with Cape of Good Films and acquired the film at the conception stage, KriArj thought that Pad Man had great international appeal. 
Talking about Rustom which marked the beginning of a working relationship for them with Akshay, Arjun says, "Rustom will always be special and I have to thank Zee Studio for showing such faith and conviction in us, especially, Punit Goenka and Anurag Bedi for their support." 
The journey continued with TEPK where Viacom 18 joined hands with KriArj. "Ajit Andhare [COO, Viacom 18], saw the potential in this story and we had a beautiful partnership. The love this film has got is unparalleled." 
KriArj and Anushka Sharma's Clean Slate Films hold majority stakes in Pari, starring Anushka Sharma, which is releasing on February 9. The film will release under Pooja Entertainment. 
Parmanu is being jointly produced by John Abraham Entertainment and KriArj, and is being co-produced by Zee Studios and Kyta. 
The electronic rights, international distribution and music of the same have been licensed to Essel Vision and Zee Music. KriArj and John hold the lion's share of the rights and stake in Parmanu which is slated to release on February 23. 
Sharing their vision for 2018, Arjun says, "This is going to be the most exciting year for KriArj because we are working with the most respected talent in the industry. Whether it is Cape of Good Films or film-makers such as Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Vishal Bhardwaj, Abhishek Kapoor or Shree Narayan Singh, we collaborated with them because they trust our vision and we have utmost respect for them. We respect their creativity and believe in our partners." 
Speaking of how KriArj gets into creative collaborations, Arjun adds, "We partner and choose people who believe in ethics and have complete faith in our vision. We have joined hands with people for whom nothing is more important than bringing this vision alive on the big screen." 
KriArj has had a successful run at the box office since their first film Rustom. Their forthcoming releases include Pad Man, Pari, Parmanu, Fanne Khan, Batti Gul Meter Chalu, Vishal Bhardwaj's next, Honey Trehan's next and Kedarnath. 
"The production house is said to have acquired films worth over '500 crore which is the biggest trade acquisition in recent times", a source concludes.
