New Delhi, Dec. 30 -- She has been part of art house cinema and commercial films and in her Bollywood career spanning five years, but actor Aditi Rao Hydari says that her full potential as an actor is yet to be harnessed.

"There is so much more to do and I am told by many people that I am under-utilised and I have so much more potential," says Aditi, adding, "I don't look at it as something to be sad about, I think of it as a very positive thing because if people think I have more potential then I think I have far to go and many more challenges to take up." Aditi started her film career with Delhi 6 (2008) and later went on to do films such as Yeh Saali Zindagi (2009) and Rockstar (2011).

However, she accepts that the journey has not been easy for her. "The bottom line is that I have not had the privilege to snap my fingers and say, 'I want to work with you, you and you', but I have been lucky that good films have been offered to me and I have had the chance to work on some really amazing parts," she says.

However, the struggle continues. "It's been tough. Everyday is a uphill struggle but I like to look at the positive side. I think if I am going uphill then I am taking a step up. That is what is important for me," she signs off.
