Winfrey generous boss, splurges on staff holiday trip!

London, June 22 (IANS) Chat show queen Oprah Winfrey has shelled out more than 500,000 pounds to take her staff and their families on an all expenses paid cruise around the Mediterranean.

The billionaire employs more than 100 people at her Chicago-based TV production company and she will join her staff on the 10-day cruise, which will have stops in Italy, Turkey, Greece and Malta, reported dailymail.co.uk.

Travel experts said the cruise was costing approximately 3,500 pounds per person.

Four years ago Winfrey, who has a personal fortune estimated at over 1.5 billion pounds and an annual income of over 200 million pounds, arranged a trip to Hawaii for her staff.
