Mumbai, May 15 -- Looks like Tiger Shroff's acting debut will also be his sister Krishna's first film - behind the camera, that is. As Jackie Shroff's son forays into Bollywood with Heropanti, Krishna too will have her name in the film's credits, thanks to her brother.
Tiger, whose debut in the Sajid Nadiadwala production is much-awaited, has been in the news for a long time. Meanwhile, his teenage sister has been studying filmmaking abroad.
So, the doting brother has convinced the makers, including director Sabbir Khan, to have her join the crew during the second shooting schedule. The first schedule of the film has just been wrapped in Patiala.
"More than acting, Krishna finds the filmmaking process fascinating," says an industry insider, adding, "Tiger is very happy with the first schedule and how the film is shaping up. So he thought of asking Sabbir if Krishna could observe and learn the intricacies of filmmaking during the second schedule. Sabbir agreed immediately; he'd love to have her learn on the job."
While Tiger couldn't be reached for a comment, Sabbir confirms the story. "Krishna is most welcome to join us during the second schedule. Tiger is like family to us," he says.
Heropanti, also starring Prakash Raj and newbie Kriti Sanon, hits theatres early next year.
