SRK-Farah's spat has taken another twist. Apparently, King Khan is good friends with Kishore and Sunil Lulla, head honchos of Eros International, and has therefore convinced them to postpone the release of Ajay-Kajol starrer Toonpur Ka Superhero so that it gives stiff competition to Farah's
Tees Maar Khan.
The feud started when Shah Rukh gave no enthusiastic response to Tees Maar Khan and Farah Khan went ahead to cast Akshay in the film.
Since then the duo's camaraderie has soured. Buzz is that King Khan has used his influence to shift dates of Ajay-Kajol starrer Toonpur Ka Superhero to coincide with Tees Maar Khan.
Co-producer of Toonpur Ka Superhero, Kumar Mangat denied the rumour saying, "Aisa nahi hai. Toonpur Ka Superhero ka producer main hoon aur maine uska release date decide kiya," reports Mumbai Mirror.
A spokesperson from Eros also confirmed to Mumbai Mirror, "Toonpur Ka Superhero has been scheduled for Christmas Eve as it is a children/family entertainer. No other reason. So, December 24 would be a perfect time to release the film as vacations would have begun by then."
