NEW DELHI, Dec. 2 -- Nautanki Naari from Lokhandwala has surfaced to report that Sonam to report that Sonam Kapoor has been working out like crazy of late.
She does Bikram Yoga for an hour, followed by 30-60 minutes of a gym workout, almost everyday. The actor, it seems, wants a lean and fit body and is going to great lengths for it. She has her eating under control and is working out during her free time. The only problem is, she's already pretty slim and more exercise will only take away some more fat, and she'll be left with only the bones.
Scary, unless that's what she really wants. Or maybe she just wants to be super thin to look her part in that Milkha Singh movie. But seriously, why exercise so much?
