Shamir Tandon gets Govinda to sing for Loot

After making stars like Sanjay Dutt, Urmila Matondkar and even Australian cricketer Brett Lee sing to his tunes, music director Shamir Tandon has now gone ahead and recorded a song with none other than Govinda for Popcorn Entertainment Ltd.'s forthcoming film Loot. The song is called 'Heeng Lage Na Fitkari Rang Chokhkha Hoy'.

Shamir, who has composed music for films such as Page 3, Corporate and Traffic Signal in the past is apparently very impressed with Chi Chi's music talent and his interest in melody and lyrics.

What's more, Shamir is very hopeful about the song which is in fact dedicated to the Almighty. Both Govinda and Shamir are pretty confident that this song will have a mass appeal as its lyrics include the famous saying-'Jakhon raakhe saaiyaan maar saake na koi'. The video of the song is going to be shot very soon.

Hope this number proves to be yet another chartbuster like some of Govinda's attempts at singing.
