Mumbai, April 8 -- After creating a riot, she's now ready to put on her dancing shoes as the co-host of a kiddie reality show on Colors. Discovered by the channel on its stand-up comedy show, Chhote Miyan, Saloni Daini will now be seen with Bigg Boss Three runner-up Pravesh Rana on Chak Dhoom Dhoom, that starts late April-early May.
When asked what was running through her mind when she took on the role of the co-host with Rana, all she says was that she was hoping to learn how to dance in the process. "My school will shut tomorrow after my last exam for class two. After that, every day, I will get to spend time with choreographers and learn how to dance. I don't know how to right now," says Daini with a smile. The six-year-old, who is known for her comic timing and skills as a stand-up comedian, also plans to perform impromptu acts on the show.
"I could be dancing all alone or with Pravesh bhaiyya. But I am really looking forward to it. This is also the first time I am not a contestant on a show. I am the host. So, I have a lot of responsibility," she says, hinting that she would love to be the sounding board for the knee-high contestants on the show. When asked if she would crack jokes on Chak Dhoom Dhoom, she doesn't deny the possibility. "Main to sab ko hasaungi (I will make everyone laugh). I will also have fun because the show is going to be shot through my entire vacations," she informs. When asked how she plans to juggle between her new role and her on-going show Comedy Ka Maha Sangram on Sony, she says that it wouldn't be a task for her. "Mummy hai na saath mein (My mother is there with me through out). And that show will wrap up very soon. Then, I just have one show to do. My studies also won't be affected because we're shooting during my vacations. I'm sure I'll have a blast," chuckles she.
