Mumbai, March 30 (IANS) Bollywood star Saif

Ali Khan was admitted to hospital in the Malaysian capital of Kuala

Lumpur after he complained of pain in his abdomen, media reports said

Thursday.

The doctors have diagnosed he was suffering from appendicitis and he

is expected to undergo a surgery there.

Saif, who performed at the closing ceremony of the Commonwealth

Games in Melbourne last week, was shooting an advertisement for Royal

Stag with his girlfriend Rosa at Kuala Lumpur when he fell ill, the

reports said.

This is Rosa's first ad campaign and also the first time that the

couple is working together in the advertisement.
