Mumbai, May 28 -- As Double Dhamaal gears up to tickle the audience's funny bone for a second time, the movie's unique costumes, get-ups and gags are already attracting attention.
The film's makers have bought the rights of Tridev's (1989) hit 'Oye oye...' to be featured in the movie. During the shoot of that song, actor Kangana Ranaut was supposed to get close to her co-star Riteish Deshmukh. But she faced constant problems while trying to do so, thanks to his African-retro disguise.
Ritiesh wears an Afro-wig as part of his costume, owing to which Kangana had problems cosying up to Riteish, while performing her scenes which included a kiss on the cheek.
After several retakes, they finally managed to shoot it with different dance moves choreographed by Ganesh Acharya. "Despite combing it down, Riteish's wig kept troubling us.
Nothing helped but finally, thanks to Ganesh, we managed to shoot around the wig," says a source in the film's unit. Produced by Reliance Entertainment and Maruti International, Double Dhamaal releases on June 24.
