Rishi-Neetu's dialoguebaazi

By Hindustan Times

Mumbai, Sept. 7 -- I so do love Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, so when my birdy from Bandra dropped in, claiming to have some khabar on them, I had every reason to be pleased. In fact, I'm looking forward to seeing them act together in their forthcoming film, Do Dooni Chaar... for I'm informed that it's their first film saath-saath after 30 years, discounting Neetuji's cameo in Love Aaj Kal.

So, I'm told that on the first day of the shooting in Delhi, Neetuji couldn't remember her lines. Initially, she was apprehensive how that would be perceived, so she told Rishiji that she had forgotten to get her reading glasses. And that's why she was having difficulty reading her dialogue. Bas, aur kya? Understanding her predicament, he brushed aside her doubts saying she need not worry about what people will think, recalls my birdy. Of course, she carried her reading glasses to the shoot from the next day. I'm informed that Rishiji is most impressed with the way Neetuji got into the character, and looks like a typical working woman from the capital's Lajpat Nagar locality. Kewl!
