Mumbai, June 8 -- The show Mr and Mrs Mishra that Anubhav Sinha produced for TV has returned to haunt him a year-and-half after it went off air.
Actors and crew alleged that they weren't paid their dues until recently, and were only reimbursed 50 per cent of the total amount. "We had no choice. Something's better than nothing," said Akshar Kuchroo, an actor, who claimed to have accepted the settlement only a few days ago.
While Sinha declined to comment, his spokesperson said, "Akshar feels this is a publicity stunt and he has called and apologised numerous times." Sinha's RA.One with Shah Rukh Khan releases this Diwali.
