NEW DELHI, Sept. 21 -- Tinsel town is abuzz with reports of actors Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma's break up. However, Singh reveals that he has never dated his Band Baaja Baaraat co-star.
"Anushka and I were never dating, so there is no question of break up. We are friends, but since we are not doing any movies together we don't get to spend as much time together as before," he says.
The actor, who is raking in big moolah since his dream debut in Bollywood last year, says he is the worst money manager, "I have one simple rule for all my pay cheques -to hand it over to my parents. I handed over my first pay cheque to my parents and since then I have always done the same. I just ask them for pocket money and I am lucky that they have never refused me for anything," he claims.
So, how does he spend his money? "I'm not a big spender, but I want to buy sports cars, bikes and a house for my parents. I hope, Inshallah, it comes true," he says. The actor also says that acting comes most naturally to him. "I find a compelling urge to act and react every time I am in front of a crowd. It's hard for me to keep a straight face," says Singh, who recently walked the runway for designer duo Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna.
"The toughest part for me while on the runway is to keep my adrenaline rush in check and walk and walk straight without gesturing or reacting to the crowds," he says. Singh might have enacted the role of a simple guy in his first film, but he says, "I'm very style savvy and love to shop. I'm also a shoe freak and my shoe closet can give competition to any girl's shoe collection."
