Mumbai, March 31 -- Howdee doo hoo my sizzling shasliks! I must say this Thursday morning is so hectic for moi ki kya kahoon... So I've no patience to waste any air or time on fizul idhar-udhar ki baatein, and get straight to your dose of daily goss. So read on sweetums...
For starters, I must admit I'm feeling kinda sorry for Rana Daggubati. Yeah, the Southside star Nagarjuna's nephew who's making his Hindi debut with Dum Maaro Dum. Not because it's a Rohan Sippy directorial toplining Abhishek Bachchan... but because the newbie in Mumbai moviedom was recently asked to pick between heroine Bipasha Basu and item girl Deepika Padukone.
Sher Lock Holmes recalls that Rana, who's not familiar with the city's media brigade, was zapped when asked by a patrakaar as to who he found hotter and sexier: Bipasha or Deepika? Bechara, at first, didn't know what to say, lest he upset either of the lissome lasses. So he opted for the safe way by sitting on the fence and maintaining that they were both equally sizzling.
Can't blame him, as all the attention he's getting here is because of his close friendship with the dhaansu Basu. At the same time, he also wants to do a film with Padukone in the future. But our journo wouldn't let him out the easy way, persisting with Rana to choose one of the two gals.
Bas, aur kya? The poor Daggubati dude was cornered. But since he's shot the film with Bipsy babe, he voted for her, as against the dumdaar Deepika. However, seems like he's not as good an actor off-screen. My super sleuth tells me that the actor just couldn't resist a sly smile at his reel love with a mischievous wink. And, he couldn't stop blushing either. Wonder what the force-full John Abraham has to say to this. Or shouldn't I ask?
