Promos of the third Raaz film have barely begun and the very first song already has a black mark against it. The tune of Deewana Kar Raha Hai is not only 'inspired' from an Arabic number but is also utterly boring.
The song is a romantic number that features Esha Gupta and Emraan Hashmi.
The picturisation of the budding romance between the two as well as the tune of the song are oh-so-familiar that they just fail to leave a mark.
The music has been composed by Jeet Gannguli and Rashid Khan.
The song, which has been sung by Javed Ali, is rather forgettable and the so-called inspiration from an Arabic track is VERY obvious. The original tune is that of a song titled Ana law azeto (If i had hurt her) by Egyptian singer Mohamed Hamaki.
Raaz 3 is a horror thriller starring Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta, Bipasha Basu in lead roles. It is directed by Vikram Bhatt.
