Mumbai, April 27 -- News of actors being roped in as ambassadors of states in India is common. But now filmmakers too seem to be in demand for similar profiles. National Award-winning filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia, many of whose films have been set and shot in north India, has now been granted the title of the cultural and tourism brand ambassador of Uttarakhand.
A major portion of his upcoming directorial venture, Bullett Raja, has been filmed in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. On the evening of April 25, Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bahuguna formally bestowed this honour upon Tigmanshu, who originally belongs to the state
