Salman Khan's Being Human Productions will soon present an off-beat film

New Delhi, April 15 -- Actor Salman Khan's Being Human Productions will soon present an off-beat film, Dr Cabbie, which is being helmed by acclaimed Canadian director Jean-Francois Poulliot.

The film, which revolves around the life of an unemployed doctor-turned-cab-driver, has a cast that includes actors like Vinay Virmani, Adrianne Palicki, Kunal Nayyar (of The Big Bang Theory fame) and Lillete Dubey.

Talking about the film, Salman says, "Dr. Cabbie is the story of an Indian immigrant and it has an inherent universal appeal."

The actor feels that audiences will be able to identify with the film, and has full faith in the cast. "It blends social issues and the journey to find one's place in the world," says director Jean-Francois. The film is scheduled to launch later in 2013.
