Cricketer Yuvraj Singh doesn’t want to associate himself with Bollywood babes. “Nahin beta Bollywood waali ka naam nahin lunga, tum link karoge,” said the ace cricketer on his recent visit to the city, when asked who his favourite B-town heroine is.
However, after a brief pause, he decided to let out the secret. “Kajol,” he shared. Reminiscing about the days when he was undergoing treatment in the US for cancer, he said, “I can’t thank my mother enough because she has always been there in my really tough times, and Sachin Tendulkar, from whom I have learnt a lot, both on and off the field.”
The stylish cricketer has also been a child artist in Punjabi films, so are there any plans to join Bollywood, we asked. “I don’t know, I think I want to concentrate on my fitness and cricket for the next four to five years and after that I’ll see where life is taking me,” he said.
