Model-turned-actor Haydon says that’s the kind of cinema she relates to best. Model-turned-actor Lisa Haydon wants to play a strong-headed girl on screen, because she believes she can relate to such a character. “I would like to play a girl who has a brave soul and a character with a raw
edge. I would like to work in serious cinema because I strike a chord with such roles. I am now looking for de-glam storylines,” she says.
Last seen in David Dhawan’s Rascals (2011), Lisa, 26, debuted with the 2010 release Aisha, where played the tiny part of an NRI businesswoman. “I’m not opposed to smaller roles either. I think you can showcase talent and character in them as well. I’m open to everything that is meaningful,” she says.
