New Delhi, Oct. 21 -- He was famous for his insurmountable zeal towards life. So, staying true to the late Rajesh Khanna's never-say-die spirit, his son-in-law Akshay Kumar and family have decided to celebrate the "incredible life" of Kaka this Diwali, instead of mourning his demise. Khanna passed away in July this year.
"We are celebrating Diwali to respect my late father-in-law's wishes. He was a man who celebrated life to the fullest. I have looked up to him as a die-hard fan and as a humble son-in-law, and we all know how much he hated tears," says Akshay. A source close to the star adds, "It is Akshay's unique way to pay homage to the superstar he grew up watching."
