NEW DELHI, Nov. 17 -- This is stuff you'd surely want to live 80 years for. A R100cr party that runs for five days, Shakira shaking her hips, a 2.5-crore film made on you, and 500 celebrity guests to cheer you on.
And these are just a few of the highlights from DLF honcho KP Singh's birthday bash in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Held in the middle of lake Pichola at Jagmandir, the fiesta, which started on November 12, ended on Wednesday with a brunch.
But, it was Colombian pop sensation Shakira who stole the limelight as she gyrated to hits such as Hips don't lie, Waka Waka, Whenever Wherever and She Wolf for half an hour at the evening gala on Tuesday night, hosted by actor Kabir Bedi.
"Namashkar," said Shakira before starting. She wore a golden bindi, and said during the gig, "This is the second time I've come to Udaipur and I love it."
