Mumbai, Sept. 19 -- Baywatch star Pamela Anderson upped the oomph quotient of Bigg Boss 4. This time, the producers and broadcaster of the primetime reality TV show have been approached by controversial boxing legend Mike Tyson, who was last seen in the Hollywood blockbuster, The Hangover 2.
If everything moves as planned, the infamous boxer, who will be touring India between October and December, might be seen doing household chores with the desi contestants inside the Bigg Boss House, which has been relocated this season to Karjat from Lonavla, where it was shot during the previous four seasons.
"Colors and Endemol are in advanced talks with the former heavyweight champion's agents. The 45-year-old's managers are keen because Mike would get a nationwide platform to interact with the audience through this show. The channel is excited because they've got another international figure this season too. His brief presence for three-four days should get kids and males to tune in to the show," points out our well-placed industry expert, on condition of anonymity. "He's unlikely to do the entire season because modalities on both sides won't work out favourably."
Mike won't be alone. He's likely to have Kites' leading lady Barbara Mori inside the house with him. The Mexican actor has been approached to participate in the show for the second time around. She was approached last year as well, but everything had to be dropped due to the fee she had demanded then. This season, she's likely to settle for less and will be on the show for a couple of weeks at least.
When asked, Ashvini Yardi, head of programming, Colors, says, "As a company policy, we don't comment on the speculations around the contestants or the contents of the Bigg Boss house before the show goes on air. We'd like the audience to wait and watch out because we'll bring an exciting season this time too."
