Next year is going to be a busy one for Neil Nitin Mukesh, who will be seen in four projects, apart from Bejoy Nambiar's directorial, David. And as his younger brother Naman gets ready to enter the industry as a director, Neil is doing all he can to give him the push along the way.
"My younger brother is getting into direction and I am helping him out in whatever way I can. I hope someday he directs me," says Neil. Naman is not a novice. He has assisted director brothers Abbas-Mustan in the past, and is currently working on Neil's upcoming film 3G, which is being directed by Sheershak Anand and Shantanu Ray Chhibber.
While Neil refuses to divulge any details about this film, he insists that he will be more than ready to produce it. "Right now it is still at the writing stage, so I am not really allowed to talk. If all goes well I will be producing it," he says.
As for Neil, he has almost finished shooting for two of his forthcoming films, Shortcut Romeo and Ishqueria. "I am mainly focussing on acting and making sure that my upcoming films are well received. By the end of next year, I should hopefully have five releases, four out of which are almost complete," he says.
