Mumbai, April 19 -- Nawazuddin Siddiqui may be selective about his film roles, but he makes sure he gives his best to the few that he does. In his upcoming release, Bombay Talkies, the actor will be seen speaking in Marathi. Since he wasn't familiar with the language, he undertook a special workshop to learn it before shooting commenced.
In the film, Nawaz plays the role of a resident of Lalbaug. "I'm not sure whether people will believe this, but I've rejected nearly 200 films. I've been very choosy about what I take, but when I do a film, I make sure that I give it my best," says the actor, adding that this film is very special to him. "I have learned a new language; approximately 40 per cent of my dialogues are in Marathi. I attended a special workshop to learn the language and be able to deliver my dialogues perfectly.
