Bollywood films to watch out for this November!

Though the month of October kicked off the festive season, it didn't really translate into money for Bollywood. Box office failed to sizzle despite big-ticket releases such as Akshay Kumar’s Boss and Ranbir Kapoor’s Besharam.

However, film industry’s luck turned with Diwali release Krrish 3, which is likely to enter the exclusive Rs 200 crore club. With an eclectic mix of movies releasing this month, there is more in store for the film lovers.

Satya 2
This film is helmed by Ram Gopal Varma, who has made some of the best underworld movies like Satya, D and Company in the past. However, with a spate of flops recently, the filmmaker is in desperate need of a hit.
Cast: Puneet Singh Ratn, Anaika Soti
Director's take:  "Thousands come to Mumbai from all over the country, some become businessmen, some professionals, some artistes and some become criminals. If Satya was the story of a man who got off a train in 1998, Satya 2 is the story of a man who gets off a train in 2013.”
Release date: November 8

Ram-Leela
The movie is a contemporary take on Shakespeare's Romeo-Juliet. Film-maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, a music aficionado, has also composed the music for the film.
Cast: Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh
Director's take: "It's a bright, happy and colourful film. I am returning to my Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Devdas style of filmmaking."
Release date: November 15

Rajjo
Directed by Vishwas Patil, it tells the love story of Rajjo – a nautch girl-- and Chandu set against the backdrop of the dying kothas of Mumbai.
Cast: Kangana Ranaut and Paras Aror
Director's take: “The story revolves around a nautch girl, which obviously means the character is poor. Kangana had to wear inexpensive clothes to make the character look believable. She is well known in the industry for her fashion sense but she readily agreed to sport these inexpensive outfits.”
Release date: November 15

Gori Tere Pyaar Mein!
This is Imran Khan-Kareena Kapoor's second outing after Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu. It's a romantic comedy, directed by Punit Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar.
Cast: Imran Khan, Kareena Kapoor

Singh Saab the Great
Director Anil Sharma of Gadar fame would be back with his favourite actor Sunny Deol. While the likes of Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and John Abraham have re-defined action flicks in Bollywood, the comeback film of the original king of action Sunny Deol is to watch out for.
Cast: Sunny Deol, Amrita Rao, Urvashi Rautela and Prakash Raj
Release date: November 22

Bullett Raja
This film is an action entertainer that has Saif Ali Khan in a rustic avatar again after Omkara. The actor plays the role of Raja Mishra, a commoner who gets transformed into ‘Bullett Raja’.
