Actor Manisha Koirala, who was admitted to Jaslok Hospital on Wednesday night, was discharged from the hospital on Friday morning. Koirala is planning to pursue her treatment abroad, family sources said.
"We are planning to go to the United States. We haven't decided on the hospital yet. The family is still trying to figure things out," said Mandira Koirala, the actor's sister-in-law.
The family, however, declined to comment on Koirala's illness, adding that it was a private matter.
On Thursday, Krishnakant Dasyam, spokesperson of Jaslok Hospital, had said that Koirala had undergone several medical tests and investigations but declined to comment on her illness.
"Manisha was discharged from the hospital on Friday morning at 9am and she is doing fine," Dasyam said.
