After lots of speculation about who will be the wild card entry in the Bigg Boss house, once-upon-a-starlet Mink Brar has emerged as the chosen one.
“I will add spice to the show,” promises Mink. “They are all playing it safe and being nice to each other. Nobody is doing anything out of character. No one’s kaali mata roop (Goddess Kali avatar) has emerged. Even if they have tiffs, they patch up the next second. There have been no bomb blasts (sic) inside the house, which usually happens every season.”
She says that the channel has roped her in to shake things up. “I am going in for the masala. I think I will add a lot of Punjabi tadka to the show, which is needed at this point. They need someone to be lively and to liven up the house as well,” she says.
No stranger to controversies and scandals herself, Mink is ready for some drama even on the show. “I honestly feel that once you are inside, you have to act according to circumstances. How you handle things is up to you. I am capable of handling anything, but I also don’t think there is anyone in the house who will create a controversy. I will have to do it,” she says, with a laugh.
The late Dev Anand’s discovery, Mink made her Bollywood debut with Pyaar Ka Taraana (2003) and did roles in films like Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain (1999) and Saat Rang Ke Sapne (1998). She also featured in some music videos which have her showing off her dancing prowess.
