New Delhi, April 12 (IANS) Saakshi Tanwar, who played the character of distressed Parvati in "Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki", says she would return to the small screen if she is offered romantic comedy roles.
Saakshi is now working for her upcoming film "Coffee House".
"Right now I am not working in any soap because I have no interest doing the same kind of role (like in 'Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki'). I have done lots of roles that portray sadness. Now I want to play some romantic comedy roles," she said.
Saakshi essayed Parvati's role for eight years and later hosted a reality show "Yeh Hai Jalwa" and played the role of Ganga in Ekta Kapoor's mythology-based show "Kahaani Humaaray Mahabhaarat Ki".
