Mumbai, May 9 -- Salman Khan made news recently when his non-profit organisation, Being Human Foundation, sent 2,500 tankers to drought-affected farmers across Maharashtra, from Beed and Osmanabad to Jalna, Aurangabad and Nanded. Education, healthcare On May 2, Being Human Foundation (BHF) and Fortis Foundation (health awareness centre) joined hands to provide free treatment to children with congenital heart defects. Fifty cases have already been attended to in under six weeks, said Salman in a statement.
