FIRST LOOK: SRK as army officer in Yash Chopra's next!

By Hindustan Times

Shah Rukh Khan has delivered some of the biggest hits of his career with Yash Raj Films. No wonder then that his next directed by Yash Chopra is eagerly anticipated by one and all.

The yet untitled film also features Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma paired opposite SRK.

We came across these images of SRK shooting for the film in Ladakh.

From the looks of it, SRK seems to be playing an army officer named Samar in the film.

The rugged look seems to go perfectly well with the character and King Khan carries it off with much aplomb.

The first teaser of a Yash Chopra romance was unveiled with Ek Tha Tiger recently and got a tremendous response.

The teaser begins with a note by Yash Chopra which says:
Films have been my only passion in life.
I've always been proud of making films
and will continue taking pride in all my films.

The teaser then shows Yash Chopra behind the camera and proceeds with the clippings of his various unforgettable films. His 50 golden years in direction saw films like Dhool Ka Phool, Waqt, Daag, Deewaar, Kabhi Kabhie, Silsila, Chandni, Lamhe, Darr, Dil To Pagal Hai, Veer Zaara and many other movies.

This Diwali, the magic of Yash Chopra's romantic films would be revived with this yet-untitled musical film. The teaser introduces the main characters - SRK, Katrina and Anushka. Shah Rukh is seen in this kind of avatar after a long time. Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma look fresh. Yash Chopra surely knows how to present his heroines in the best possible way.

The film's music is composed by AR Rahman and the lyrics are penned by Gulzar. The movie's title continues to be a mystery as the teaser wraps up with a tagline - A Yash Chopra romance.

Teaser without title
“Never before has a film’s trailer been released without its title. This one insinuates that it just may be called ‘Yash Chopra’s romance’. However, the teaser does confirm that the film will release on Diwali (November 13),” an insider told Hindustan Times.

SRK on the film's title
“For now, it’s important to know that it’s my film and it’s coming out on Diwali. Naam mein kya rakha hai? (What’s in a name?),” he said, adding that none of this is a marketing gimmick. “We want a title that can encompass something that can’t be destroyed, such as love and beliefs. Yashji has something in mind though.”

SRK-Katrina starrer not titled London Ishq
Yash Raj Films (YRF) officials says that their next production, directed by head honcho Yash Chopra, is not titled London Ishq, as has been reported in certain sections of the media.
