Mumbai, March 11 -- In her four-year-long career, Sonakshi Sinha has been part of several action films such as Dabangg (2010), Rowdy Rathore (2012), Bullett Raja (2013) and R... Rajkumar (2013). But what sets her next one apart is the fact that it will give her a chance to perform the stunts herself that her male counterparts have been doing all this while.
To prepare for the role, Sonakshi has been working out hard for over a month now. Apparently, the 27-year-old is being trained by Kuldeep, a fitness expert who has worked with many actors and instructs Tiger Shroff in gymnastics and martial arts as well.
A source says, "Sonakshi has started rigorous workout sessions to improve her flexibility and core strength. Her regimen includes stretching, exercises for flexibility, acrobat training as well as yoga."
Meanwhile, the actor is also managing her diet to fit her workout schedule.
She is staying away from all kinds of oily, sweet and junk food. She has been advised to consume more high-protein items.
