New Delhi, March 31 -- The 'worst' performers in Bollywood were awarded in Delhi over the weekend at the Indian version of Hollywood's Razzies, and guess who all were on the winners list?
Sonakshi Sinha, otherwise quite the 'perfectionist' Aamir Khan, and Ajay Devgn, among others.
At the very outset, the organisers of the Golden Kela Awards announced that Katrina Kaif was not a nominee in the worst female actor category for her performance in Dhoom:3, because she didn't perform in the film. "She is a prop. She is not an actor at all," they announced.
Her co-star Aamir, however, bagged the 'Baawra Ho Gaya Hai Ke' award for his "ridiculous" stunts in the film, such as the one where he is seen riding a bike on a rope.
Stand-up comedian Zakir Khan took a dig at the actor, saying, "He must have used a body double in the film, since his legs can't reach the brakes."
The worst actor award went to Ajay Devgn (for Himmatwala) and Sonakshi Sinha (for R... Rajkumar) in the male and female categories respectively. Interestingly, both had won the honours last year, too. While Himmatwala was announced the worst film, Sanjay Leela Bhansali was declared worst director for Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela, "because a film needs more than a great set". None of the winners were present at the event.
