New Delhi, Oct. 24 -- Bollywood actor Soha Ali Khan has revealed her fitness mantra. She believes in sweating it out to stay in shape.
"Anything that makes you sweat and gets your heart pumping is good for you - be it dancing, running or kick boxing," she says, adding, "For me, it's badminton and yoga. I start my day with a surya namaskar and a head stand. I usually do about 50 surya namaskars everyday," she shares with us.
Contrary to what you may think, the actor can't compromise on her favourite foods. "I am a little fussy about my food. I love eating the same food everyday and if I don't eat it every day, I miss it. I can eat tandoori chicken, yellow dal and sabzi every day for the rest of my life. I also like milk chocolate, frozen yoghurt and ice creams," she says. So pals, eat what you love, but don't forget to burn it out too.
