New Delhi, July 31 -- Although she has a packed schedule ahead of her, Shraddha Kapoor is resting these days. While training hard for Remo D'Souza's directorial, in which she plays a dancer, the young actor injured herself, and is currently recovering at home.
A source says, "Shraddha had been doing intensive dance sessions to prepare for her next film. While learning a difficult move that involved a split, she pulled a muscle and suffered a tear. Although she had been working on the sequence for a couple of days, and had even done a proper warm up, she hurt herself as it was quite a strenuous move."
Currently, she is undergoing physiotherapy and has advised her to take rest for a week at least. We've also heard that she is a bit dejected after the incident because she will have to forego her dance training for quite some time. "But she is watching dance videos to make the most of her free time," adds the source.
Ask the actor about her injury and she says, "I guess it was a result of overenthusiasm that led to a partial muscle tear. I have to be a lot more careful while rehearsing because it is very important to understand your body and how much you can push it. But, I love dancing so much that I'm praying this injury heals quickly."
