Mumbai, July 3 -- She has already made a mark for herself in Bollywood, but Shraddha Kapoor admits that she will never feel shy to "try her best" to bag a film that she wants to be part of.
"I will shamelessly chase a film to make it mine. I did the same for Haider (2014) and the ABCD (2013) sequel. If I want to be part of a film, I will go after it. I won't be like, 'I wasn't offered the film, so why should I try?' I will call up the director, and try my best to get the part. I won't rest till I know I have tried my best," she says.
Interestingly, even though Shraddha wanted to be part of the sequel to ABCD, she wasn't very sure about taking it up, once it was offered to her, because it required a lot of dancing. "I was like, 'Seriously, am I going to be able to do it? Should I just not do it?'
But then Remo sir (D'Souza; director) saw me during the rehearsals, and said, 'Main karwa lunga (I will get it done).' So, I was like, 'I don't know if it is going to happen, but if he is saying it, I have to listen to him,'" she says.
The actor is also happy to have bagged the sequel to Rock On!! (2008). "I remember after watching Rock On!!, I was like, 'If they ever make a sequel, and I am not in it, I will be really angry and upset.' Sometimes, I pinch myself, as the things that I had only once visualised are actually happening," she says.
