Shirish Kunder (born 24 May 1973) is an Indian Film Editor, Producer and Director.
Kunder was born in Mangalore, Karnataka. He studied electronics and communications engineering from SDM College of Engineering and Technology in Dharwad, Karnataka.
He worked for Motorola. He later entered the film industry as an editor, edited the movie Champion (2000). The editing of Farah Khan's Main Hoon Na in 2004 brought him fame.
Kunder then turned to directing. His directorial debut was titled Jaan-E-Mann. Apart from editing and composing the background music score. he also wrote the story, screenplay and dialogues. The film starred Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Preity Zinta, and was released on 20 October 2006. The film was a commercial failure. He has worked on Tees Maar Khan his wife's 3rd directorial venture. The film was panned by critics but was declared a semi-hit at the box office.
